Beds and pillows uncomfortable, with room decoration lacking the charm expected of a boutique spot. The suite with private pool barely provides sunlight, making it useless in winter. Wi-Fi unreliable in rooms, making travel planning a hassle. Insufficient towel rails and limited storage options in the bathroom. a hassle to not find a hairdryer when needed.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable during my stay, making it a challenge to plan my next travel adventures.

i almost wanted to love it, but no hairdryer in the bathroom and that pool area was absoluteley lacking in seating was a real deal-breaker. it’s a shame the surrounding hotels offer better value, and i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but that clearly wasn’t happening. really, what a letdown.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds. The place is charming with modern touches and felt super private. The staff was attentive and even provided a baby cot right away. The large mango trees in the courtyard added to the serene vibe. Truly felt like an oasis!

Couples escapade in a serene oasis
I was really impressed by how accommodating the staff was! They set me up with great recommendations on where to eat and even organized a tour to Chichen Itza. The rooms were spotless and had a really calming vibe.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the quality, it was still worth it.

The hotel has an impressive greenery and a cozy pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. While the room lacked a bit of character and the shower pressure was low, the staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was ideal for exploring Valladolid's attractions.
